Merriman’s Kapalua is my favorite wedding venue on the North West side of Maui. It’s a renowned restaurant that features amazing views, farm-to-table cuisine and top notch service and it’s also an AMAZING wedding venue. Whether you are doing a full buy-out of the entire wedding venue or an intimate wedding celebration, this is one of the top wedding venues here on Maui. It’s beautifully located right on the water for epic sunset photography and videography with the bride and groom, it also is an incredible place to drone, showing off Maui’s beautiful ocean coast line. The mixture of elegant decor and stunning views make this one of my favorite Maui wedding venues to shoot a wedding film. Also the coordinators at Merriman’s are really professional and their list of preferred Maui wedding vendors are the industry’s best in the island.

Wow what an epic Maui proposal! Everything worked out so perfectly for this amazing engagement! Margaret-Ann had no idea. She just thought we were doing a video shoot of them, then Keith got down on one knee and popped the big question! And, of course, she said YES! 🙂 The logistics worked out beautifully.
